For years I've moved between two worlds that rarely talk to each other: the discipline of enterprise IT governance, and the freedom of building software from scratch just for the satisfaction of solving a problem well.

By day I work as an IT Service Delivery & Operations Governance Specialist at Kyndryl, after years as Patch Process Owner in the same group (formerly IBM Italy) and, before that, coordinating field technicians on FTTH/FTTC fibre networks. It's a job that taught me to think in terms of process, security and reliability — the same things I bring to every project I sign as Lumepeki Labs.
I speak Italian, Bulgarian and English, and in my free time I keep building: from computer vision to performance-optimisation tools, to websites for my clients.

LUMEPEKI
A Python computer vision pipeline: real-time detection and tracking with YOLOv8 and native OpenVINO inference at roughly 3.5 ms, a Kalman filter for stable smoothing, and a complete training pipeline from data collection to deployment.

A free Windows optimiser: real-time ping monitoring, process management, a DNS switcher, and a gaming mode that frees up system resources when you launch a game and restores them on exit.
Desktop tool
JARVIS Video Maker
A video editor with AI-assisted storyboarding, Ken Burns effects, sixteen filters and GPU encoding via NVENC — built to turn raw clips into finished edits in just a few steps.
Web & e-commerce
Website, digital book and e-commerce for Roberto Cambi
For an Italian ceramicist: the WordPress site robertocambi.com, an interactive digital book with a 3D page-turn effect and carefully crafted prose, and the e-commerce store roc-market.com with a Supabase-backed catalogue, order management via WhatsApp, and automatic payment link generation.

Yes, I'm based in Milan but work remotely with clients anywhere.
How long does a project take?
It depends on complexity: a custom website usually takes a few weeks, a computer vision pipeline can take longer. We'll discuss it together before starting, with a clear estimate.
Can I commission just part of the work?
Sure — whether it's just the backend, the automation, or the design, we'll define the scope that suits you best.
How are fees and payments structured?
